In 1972, Mr. Vasantbhai Chaniara founded
SANDEEP ENTERPRISE in a small mechanical shop, which was equipped
with a single machine only. However, due to concrete &
continuous efforts, the same unit is working in full swing
equipped with about 25 machines. Like the city that is our
namesake, we have always been characterized
by solid & progressive growth.
We manufacture wide range of gears
in quantities from 1 piece, small lots to continuous production
in varying materials to meet your specific requirements. SANDEEP

Our Quality Programme
- We receive alloy steel forgings
Graded Cast Iron components as per raw material specifications
from our approved forge shops & foundries.
- Forge shops carry out all desired
Metallurgical tests on raw materials to assure that we achieve
our physical properties on the finished products.
- Gear cutting is carried out under
strict control for proper fitment & matching when used.
- Case hardening is done on gas carburizing
furnaces to attain uniformity of case hardness & to
achieve a tough core.
- Gear sets are shaved or grounded
to reduce noise level.
- 100% inspection is carried on gears
before shipment & duly packed for safe transit.
